Bourns acquires leading resistor manufacturer - Riedon

     Bourns, a leading manufacturer of electronic components for power, protection and sensing solutions, has announced the acquisition of Riedon Inc, a leading manufacturer of electrical resistance in the United States. The terms of the transaction and most of the group's operating assets are not disclosed. Headquartered in Alhambra, CA, Riedon's primary products are key components used to help enhance efficiency and reliability in multiple market applications.
