In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, there is an increasing demand for high performance computing (HPC) and big data processing. To meet this demand, researchers and engineers are actively developing and promoting new hardware technologies, including AI chips, optical modules and optical chips. This paper will introduce the development background, characteristics and future application prospects of these technologies.

In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, there is an increasing demand for high performance computing (HPC) and big data processing. To meet this demand, researchers and engineers are actively developing and promoting new hardware technologies, including AI chips, optical modules and optical chips. This paper will introduce the development background, characteristics and future application prospects of these technologies.

Ⅰ, AI chip

The AI chip is a BAS40-05 chip designed specifically for artificial intelligence applications, and its main characteristics are high performance, low power consumption and high efficiency. At the heart of the AI chip is the AI processor, which is able to efficiently perform complex computational tasks such as machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. Compared with traditional central processing units (cpus), AI chips have higher computing speed and energy efficiency when processing large-scale data and complex algorithms.
