Diodes Incorporated PI3WVR2646 analog switch IC

Diodes Incorporated PI3WVR2646 analog switching IC is optimized for switching between two high speed (HS) or low power (LP) mobile Industrial Processor interface (MIPI) signals. The switch is a four-data channel MIPI-D-PHY and 10-channel single pole double throw (SPDT) switch.

The PI3WVR2646 analog switch IC is designed for use with the MIPI specification and can be connected to CSI or DSI modules. The PI3WVR2646 IC has SPDT (10x) switch type and signal type support for D-PHY and C-PHY, with a typical offset of 6ps for the opposite conversion of the same output. PI3WVR2646 analog switch IC's operating voltage range VDD is 1.5V to 3.6V, input diode current is -50mA, and DC output current is 25mA. The PI3WVR2646 IC is ideal for tablets, laptops, and monitors.
