Qualcomm introduces an advanced suite of intelligent video collaboration platforms to enable digital transformation in home and enterprise scenarios
Qualcomm Technologies has introduced the Qualcomm Intelligent Video Collaboration Platform Suite, which enables Oems to easily design and deploy video conferencing products that deliver superior video, audio, and customized end-side AI capabilities to deliver engaging, immersive virtual conferencing experiences for enterprise, healthcare, education, and home environments. The Qualcomm Intelligent Video Collaboration Platform Suite is a one-stop solution that provides the necessary hardware and software features designed specifically for video conferencing, enabling customers to quickly design and deploy a wide range of video conferencing products, from enterprise video collaboration systems and small conference room video collaboration systems to digital whiteboards, touch controllers and personal terminals at home.
The three platforms in the suite have rich AI features and support Android and Linux, providing greater flexibility and the ability to customize and deploy video conferencing products in different environments. Qualcomm Technologies' leading innovations in the connectivity, computing, AI, audio and video industries enable the platform to bring less disruption, increased productivity, and greater connectivity between remote attendees and conference room attendees, providing a separate view for each participant in the conference room, creating the same viewing experience for all attendees.
With the rapid development of generative AI, the future meeting experience will offer more advanced video, language and text capabilities. Collaboration terminals with dedicated hardware to support chip-side AI acceleration will be able to optimize this experience by distributing workloads between cloud and edge-side terminals.

Chipsets supporting the platform include Qualcomm QCS8250, Qualcomm QCS7230 processors, and Qualcomm QCS8550 processors that will support the platform in the future.
Qualcomm VC3 Smart Video Collaboration Platform: Delivers advanced video conferencing capabilities, including support for multiple UHD cameras, Wi-Fi 6E, and advanced AI audio and video features to create a great experience for terminals that require regular functions and features. From small conference room video collaboration systems and video conferencing cameras to USB video devices and personal terminals, provide extreme flexibility in the design and deployment of video conferencing products for a variety of purposes. Chipsets supporting the platform include the Qualcomm QCS6490, Qualcomm QCS5430, and Qualcomm QCS610 processors.
Qualcomm VC1 Intelligent Video Collaboration Platform: Designed for high-quality video conferencing accessories such as touch controllers, conference room schedulers and tablets, it integrates powerful computing performance, robust and reliable connectivity and multimedia capabilities to save development time and costs.
