The MCU family with graphics solutions implements intelligent rendering technology
Infineon Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with the Qt Group. The collaboration brings Qt's lightweight, high-performance graphics framework to Infineon's graphics-enabled TRAVEO T2G trunking MCUS and represents a paradigm shift in GUI development.
Today's MCUS offer comprehensive graphics capabilities that allow for compact design, cost-effectiveness, and lower power consumption. Featuring instant start-up, small footprint and efficient real-time processing, they are used in a wide range of applications, including automotive dashboards, two-wheelers, construction machinery, industrial and medical applications. Infineon's TRAVEO T2G MCUS are designed to meet the needs of these applications, in particular the TRAVEO T2G cluster family. The device family offers a gui with a high refresh rate and full HD resolution. By integrating Qt graphics solutions directly into these MCUS, the company further optimizes these devices and allows for intelligent rendering.

However, MCUS for these applications often lack integrated advanced design and development tools, especially for modern user interfaces. This will allow designers to create GUIs that were previously considered impossible due to resource constraints."
