     With our new line of L linear actuators, FAULHABER offers our customers a unique turnkey solution suitable for a wide range of applications. The smaller model 06L/08L/10L is suitable for medical, laboratory automation, optics and optoelectronics, and aeronautical applications. The larger model, 22L/32L, uses the latest GPT gear technology for industrial automation and optical and optoelectronics applications. As a result, the FAULHABER L series of linear actuators can be combined with a variety of brushed motors, four - and two-pole brushless motors, or stepper motors. The actuator has been optimized to maximize the torque and speed range of the different series of FAULHABER motors.

     The special FAULHABER L linear actuator product line has the advantage of compact design and high efficiency to support large input speeds or high output forces. It is well suited for applications such as robotics, industrial machines and laboratory equipment. A large number of uniformly distributed deceleration ratios can be used to select the most suitable configuration for the various force or speed operating points required by the application.      Each available lead screw type has its own characteristics, making it easy for customers to find the best match for their specific needs. The basic difference between a ball screw and a lead screw is the rolling motion of the ball screw nut, which eliminates the typical sliding friction of the lead screw, resulting in very high efficiency. The smaller FAULHABER L Series 06L/08L/10L comes with a lead screw with two load characteristics. The larger 22L and 32L series can be equipped with a ball screw with two precision options in addition to the lead screw.
