XP Power's converters are designed for medical applications

XP Power's JMR03 series ultra-compact DC/DC converters are medically certified and designed for BF and CF grade applications. From DIP24 to DIP16 modules, the base surface of JMR03 is reduced by 45%, thus providing more PCB space for the user's components. The wide input range of 4:1 provides flexibility in power selection.

Reduced no-load input standby current provides longer run times in portable battery applications. The low leakage current of only 2 µA, 5 kV isolation voltage, high MTBF of 700 khrs, and 2x MOPP make JMR03 ideal for critical applications, including respiratory therapy, surgical tools, oximeters, dental and cosmetic ("Thuzzle") applications. JMR03 Series DC/DC converters have global Medical Device safety certification and IEC 60601-1-2 Ed 4.0 EMC certification.
