Amphenol Wilcoxon PCD100/PCD200 series process Display Panel meters

Amphenol Wilcoxon's digital panel meters are versatile and used in a wide variety of process monitoring applications. They are compatible with common process voltages of 1 V to 5 V or ±10 V, currents of 0 mA to 20 mA or 4 mA to 20 mA, 100 Ω RTDS, and the four most common thermocouples.

The PCD100 and PCD200 series panel meters can operate with AC or DC power options: 85 VAC to 265 VAC or 12 VDC to 36 VDC, and can provide 24 VDC to power the sensor or transmitter's 4 mA to 20 mA signal. The panel meter has two alarm points and includes red leds on the front panel for indicating alarm conditions, making them particularly suitable for applications that require visual instructions only. Two relays can be used for alarm or process control applications, and optional 4 mA to 20 mA outputs provide isolated forwarding of temperature input signals.

The PCD100 and PCD200 series process displays can be programmed on-site through external button contacts on the front of the panel meter, or remotely using the included PC-based software. The PCD100 series panel meter displays four full digits, superior to most digital panel meters on the market.

The PCD200 series dual input process display with mathematical capabilities is a 1/8 DIN digital panel meter. They display these signals on a two-row, six-digit display with optional SunBright® sunlight readable LED. The meter can be customized to display both inputs in a variety of ways, including simultaneously with a label or as a result of performing a mathematical function on one or both inputs. The PCD200 process display can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4 mA to 20 mA analog output, and Modbus serial communication.
