Littelfuse LS12052BD33 Electronic fuse with overvoltage protection

Littelfuse LS12052BD33 Electronic Fuse with overvoltage Protection is an 18V 5A integrated load switch with a variety of protection modes using only a few external components.

LS12052BD33 provides strong protection against overload, short circuit, input voltage surge, excessive surge current, and reverse current blocking through the external NFET. A low 25 Mω RDS(ON) helps reduce power losses during typical operations, and the current limiting level can be set by a separate external resistor.

The Littelfuse LS12052BD33 electronic fuse features a fixed overvoltage 14.4V output voltage clamping and a 2.7V to 18V wide input voltage range in a small 3mm x 3mm 10-pin DFN package. Applications include hard disk drives (HDDS) and solid state drives (SSDS), adaptor powered devices, notebook computers, PCI and PCIe cards, and industry.
