Texas Instruments introduces the industry's highest precision single-chip millimeter wave sensor portfolio

Texas Instruments is bringing unprecedented precision and intelligence to a wide range of applications, including automotive, factory and building automation, and medical markets. TI's new MMwave single-chip complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) portfolio includes five solutions across two product families of 76 to 81GHz sensors with complete end-to-end development platforms. The AWR1x and IWR1x sensor portfolio offers sensing accuracy up to three times higher than millimeter wave solutions currently on the market, and samples are now available.
