Wolfspeed launches 2300 V silicon carbide power module to help improve the clean energy industry

     Wolfspeed, Inc., the global leader in silicon carbide (SiC) technology, today announced the launch of its latest 2300 V baseless silicon carbide module. Optimized for efficiency, durability, reliability and scalability, this silicon carbide solution will help drive change in renewable energy, energy storage, high-capacity fast charging and more. The 2300 V baseless silicon carbide module was developed for 1500 V DC bus applications and uses Wolfspeed's leading 200 mm silicon carbide wafers.

     Wolfspeed also announced a partnership with EPC Power. EPC Power is a leading North American manufacturer of surface power plant inverters. EPC Power will use Wolfspeed modules in its ground-based photovoltaic and energy storage systems to achieve scalable, high-power conversion systems and high-performance control and system redundancy.
